History
The Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center is one of the largest buildings in the world by volume, originally built to assemble Saturn V rockets for Apollo. It now supports SLS/Orion stacking for Artemis missions. The VAB stands 160 meters tall with four high bays and features the largest American flag ever painted on a building.
