AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Space Launch Live (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Site.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Space Launch Live is a free, informational website that aggregates publicly available data about rocket launches from multiple third-party sources. The Site provides launch schedules, countdowns, vehicle and booster histories, launch site information, weather conditions, visibility estimates, and embedded video content.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for informational and educational purposes only.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date launch information, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Site. Launch data is sourced from third-party APIs and services, and may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

Specifically:

  • Launch schedules are subject to change without notice by launch providers. Scrubs, delays, and holds happen frequently.
  • Visibility estimates are approximate calculations based on distance, direction, and weather data. Actual visibility depends on many factors including local terrain, atmospheric conditions, and light pollution.
  • Weather data is sourced from third-party forecast services and may not reflect real-time conditions at the launch site.
  • Vehicle and booster data is aggregated from public sources and may not always reflect the most current information from launch providers.

You should not rely solely on this Site for time-critical decisions related to launch viewing, travel, or any other purpose.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site’s original design, code, layout, and branding are the property of Space Launch Live. Launch data, images, and video content displayed on the Site may be owned by their respective third-party providers and are used in accordance with their terms of service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s original content without prior written permission.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & LINKS

The Site embeds content from and links to third-party services including YouTube, OpenStreetMap, and various space industry data providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external services.

Your use of third-party content is subject to those services’ own terms and privacy policies.

API USAGE

Space Launch Live may offer a public API for accessing launch data. Use of the API is subject to the following conditions:

  • API access is provided for personal and non-commercial use
  • You must not use the API in a way that degrades site performance or imposes excessive load
  • We reserve the right to rate-limit or revoke API access at any time without notice
  • Data obtained through the API is subject to the same accuracy disclaimers stated above

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Launch Live and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data provided

ACCEPTABLE USE
