History

Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is SpaceX’s primary East Coast launch pad for Falcon 9 missions. Originally built for Titan III and Titan IV rockets, it was rebuilt by SpaceX after a 2016 pad explosion. SLC-40 supports the majority of SpaceX’s commercial and NASA missions.
