History
Launch Complex 201 at Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site on Hainan Island is China’s newest and most capable launch facility. Its coastal location allows large rocket stages to arrive by ship, and its low latitude of 19.6 degrees provides GTO performance advantages. The pad supports Long March 5 and Long March 7 rockets.
