GOES G was a Delta 3914 mission operated by United States Air Force that lifted off from Space Launch Complex 17A, Cape Canaveral SFS, FL, USA on May 3, 1986. The flight carried its payload on a earth science mission to Geostationary Orbit. It was flown as part of the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite program. The launch ended in failure.
