Tan Ce 2 was a Long March 2C/SM mission operated by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation that lifted off from Launch Complex 7, Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, People's Republic of China on July 25, 2004. The flight carried its payload on a earth science mission to Low Earth Orbit. The launch was a success.
