Soyuz T-9 was a Soyuz U mission operated by Soviet Space Program that lifted off from 1/5, Baikonur Cosmodrome, Republic of Kazakhstan on June 27, 1983. The flight carried its payload on a human exploration mission to Low Earth Orbit. It was flown as part of the Soyuz program. The launch was a success.
