O3b mPOWER is SES’s second-generation medium Earth orbit communications constellation, delivering multi-terabit connectivity. With 11 high-throughput satellites at 8,000 km altitude, the system provides low-latency broadband to telcos, governments, and enterprises. Each satellite features over 5,000 electronically steerable beams, enabling flexible capacity allocation across coverage areas.
