The Atlas V is a medium to heavy-lift launch vehicle operated by ULA since 2002. With a modular design using zero to five solid rocket boosters and two upper stage configurations, it has been one of the most reliable rockets in history. It launched Mars rovers Curiosity and Perseverance, OSIRIS-REx, and numerous military payloads.
