IGS Radar (2) & IGS Optical (2) was a H-IIA 2024 mission operated by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency that lifted off from Yoshinobu Launch Complex LP-1, Tanegashima Space Center, Japan on November 29, 2003. The flight carried its payload on a government/top secret mission to Sun-Synchronous Orbit. The launch ended in failure.
